Weekdays, 5:30 am - 9:30 am EST
During the week we sit together in the morning for two 1-hour periods of zazen (silent meditation) and for one hour on Monday and Friday evenings. You’re welcome to come for some or all of the sit and take breaks as needed.
Daily Morning Zazen:
5:30 - 6:30 am Zazen and Verse of the Kesa
6:30 - 7:30 am Zazen and Four Immeasurables (Long)
