An online session of silent meditation (zazen), followed by Fusatsu: a renewal of vows ceremony.

Sesshin means “gathering the mind,” and it’s the quintessential meditation practice in Zen. These online meditation intensives are meant to create a container in which we can devote ourselves wholeheartedly to zazen, deepening the practice of stillness and silence to allow for clear seeing.
